Participated in a 24×7 on-call rotation as an L1 Site Reliability Engineer, supporting a globally distributed digital payment platform serving millions of users.
Leveraged Splunk to investigate and analyze secure provisioning and transaction flows involving Secure Elements, GlobalPlatform APDU command exchanges, and cryptographic personalization processes — ensuring high availability, PCI DSS compliance, and rapid incident response across payment systems.
